Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or look the way you expected. We are more than happy to exchange or offer store credit.

We request that our retail store is not called as they do not have access to our online order information.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON FULL PRICE ITEMS IF THEY ARE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE.

(Returns outside of this time frame will be returned to the customer and not accepted by Covet Couture).

Item must be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Otherwise item will be returned back to the sender. For hygiene reasons undergarment, jewellery cannot be returned.

Our Sale Items are priced to clear, so please choose carefully, as we do not accept return on Sale Items for change of mind.

 

To return an item please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email requesting return, once confirmed process to step 2
  2. Place your garments for return in purchased satchel from Australian Post together with a copy of your invoice (that has your name and order number on it), mind you we only offer store credits for change of mind. 
  3. Tape the satchel closed and label the front with our returns address:Covet Couture, Shop 1/23 Stockton Street, Nelson Bay, NSW 2315
  4. Lodge at post office

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from purchase and cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are declared faulty.    

As we cannot take any liability for the loss or damage during the return transit we suggest you send via a track able Australia Post method.

STORE CREDITS will be applied for the value of the garments ordered and will not include the freight costs of the order.

 

Faulty item must be faulty by manufacture.

A worn item with makeup stains or marks, or an item damaged as a result of failing to follow or care instructions, may be found ineligible for faulty return.

All eligible faulty returns will be process through faulty returns review to determine the nature of the fault. You will be advised of the final decision and the options available to you before we proceed.

We will happily cover all postage costs for return or replace of an approved faulty item, with identical item whenever possible.

To speed up your faulty return, please email photos of your fault along with your order number as soon as possible to: orders@covetcouture.com.au

 

Shipping

Orders placed on business days ( Monday-Friday ) are packed and dispatched within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). We use Australian Post Express which is usually next business day delivery within express post network (major capital cities and major metro area). Regional areas outside the express post network may take 3-5 days.

Postage cost is 10 Aud within Australia.This is per order not per item.

Free delivery is offered on purchases  of 100 Aud and over. ( within Australia only).

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive and email with a consignment number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

If you wish to have a signature for delivery please specify this at time of placing order.

Covet Couture takes no responsibility for any items that may go missing or are not delivered correctly by Australian Post.
